MEET THE COACHES
RHYS OSMOND
Co-Founder | Coach
Rhys brings valuable experience to ProEdge from his journey in the game, including the opportunity to play football internationally and experience different levels, environments and styles of football.
Those experiences have shaped his approach to player development. Rhys places a strong emphasis on technical ability, confidence, game intelligence and understanding what is required to perform consistently at a high level.
His sessions are designed to challenge players while giving them the freedom to express themselves, make decisions and become more comfortable in competitive situations.
Having experienced football beyond Australia himself, Rhys understands the standards players need to work towards if they have ambitions of taking their game further.
High standards. Quality development. Bigger ambitions.
DANIEL MIHAJLOVIC
Co-Founder | Coach
Daniel brings a strong playing background and a competitive mentality to ProEdge, using his experience in the game to help players understand what is required both in training and on matchday.
His coaching focuses heavily on technical quality, intensity, decision-making, confidence and game understanding, ensuring players aren't simply completing drills but understanding how their development transfers into real football situations.
Daniel believes improvement comes from consistently being challenged. His goal is to create an environment where players are expected to work hard, compete, learn and continually raise their standards.
Every session has a purpose — helping players become more confident, intelligent and complete footballers.
Train with intent. Compete with confidence. Keep raising the level.
EXPERIENCE THAT GIVES BACK TO THE GAME.
ProEdge Football Academy was created by Rhys Osmond and Daniel Mihajlovic to give ambitious players an environment they would have wanted throughout their own football journeys.
Their goal is to combine their playing experiences with modern player development to help footballers improve while creating a culture built around hard work, confidence, competition and opportunity.
At ProEdge, it's not about where a player starts.
It's about how far they're prepared to go. ⚽🌍
By creating a high-performance environment that mirrors the professional standards found in top-tier global academies, we ensure that every player who steps onto our field gains the competitive edge necessary to dream big and achieve more.
